Charlie Brewster (WILLIAM RAGSDALE) can't get anyone to believe his new neighbor (CHRIS SARANDON) is really a vampire.  When blood-drained corpses start piling up, he enlists the aid of his sweetheart (AMANDA BEARSE), the class weirdo (STEPHEN GEOFFREYS) and an aging TV horror host (RODDY MCDOWELL) to defeat him.  Instead, he just moved them all to the top of the menu.
FRIGHT NIGHT, gleefully directed by TOM HOLLAND, is a pitch-perfect mix of horror and humor.
As an added bonus, the film is also steeped in behind-the-scenes LGBT history.
