DoD prioritizes active duty families for child care, some civilians and Coast Guard could lose spots

The Defense Department is taking a whole new look at childcare services for its employees, starting this June. Single active duty service members and dual-spouse military families will get spots firs. They might even take filled spots from others. That'll come at the cost of DoD civilians and others.
