You can then attend our 7am fighter training class so that you can learn what it takes to be an MMA fighter. Everyday at 7am we cover a specific training module to help you learn everything you see on TV while watching the UFC. On any given day you will practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and even cage fighting so regardless of the situation you are prepared.

Our 830am slam ball fitness program is designed to help you lose the unwanted pounds and get in the best shape of your life, without heavy weights or embarrassing moments in the gym. We will teach you how to use 10, 15, and 20lb slam balls for optimum fitness.

Our 1000am Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or No Gi Class will teach the fundamentals of ground fighting so you can defense yourself against anyone regardless of size, strength or stature.

Our 1130am Muay Thai/Kickboxing class covers everything you need to learn the art of 8 limbs. You will learn parries, boxing combinations, kicks, knees, takedowns, elbow strikes, and clinch work so you can fight in a traditional Muay thai fight or you can defend yourself on the street.

We then repeat the cycle at 430 so you can train in the morning, in the afternoon or all day. We are here to help you achieve all of your specific goals.

We compete in local, regional and national championships and we have some of the best MMA fighters at our gym. As an amateur Roy Sarbia achieved 5 MMA titles, and National MMA Gold Medal and was ranked #1 out of 2,000 fighters in the United States. Before retiring Joe Castaneda was 8-1 and we are also the only MMA school to have the youngest female fighter fight for LFA (Legacy Fighting Alliance) at the Bomb Factory in Dallas Texas. Jeneice Gamez (8-1) was offered a fight at 17 years old. No other gym in town has had the success that we have in the cage.
