Tom is a Professor in Ecology at the University of Reading, a socio-ecological systems expert and senior fellow with the UK government informing environmental policy. He is the author of The Self Delusion which explores how people, animals, plants and the planet we live on are all intimately connected – and why that matters.
We had an incredible conversation about the science of the self, how we are all interconnected at a level that’s beyond our own senses, and if science can make us feel more connected one another?
