Plus reviews of Arbitrage, Lola Versus and Nobody Walks. For lots more interviews and reviews for film fans, SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/TWIsubscribe
TV correspondent, musician and documentarian Sal Masekela stopped by TWI Studios to discuss his documentary, "Alekesam," a look into the life and music of his father, Hugh Masekela, as well as their complex relationship over the years. Masekela also answered Farrell's questions about promoting and selling a short subject film, and his recent decision to chop off his famous dreadlocks.
Plus Lon and Farrell review Richard Gere as a corrupt billionaire in "Arbitrage," Greta Gerwig as a young woman with a confusing love life in "Lola Versus" and artist Olivia Thirlby mixing up John Krasinski's marriage in "Nobody Walks." And Lon discusses his newfound willingness to watch terrible, awful movies (like Val Kilmer's "The Traveler") simply because they are streaming instantly on Netflix.
